The $80,000 prices quoted in our television and radio advertising do not include: Additional footings & siteworks, retaining walls, rock digging, removal of trees or removal of excess soil etc, light fittings, air conditioning, alarm system, window treatments, soft furnishings, irrigation system, pergolas, landscaping, paving, stormwater, floor coverings, tiling to verandahs/ portico, fencing and sales related materials. Prices may be subject to change due to travel allowance.
